Together with our project partners, the Westfälische Hochschule and CFD Consultants GmbH, we are presenting our research results to date from the project:
“Optimisation of the aerodynamic characteristics of rotor blades of wind turbines”
Our task was to optimise the air flow on the rotor blades We succeeded in delaying and reducing the flow separation by means of special wire mesh geometries and specific CFD modelling.
